Jeffrey Millar

Jeffrey entered the broadcast field and at the age of 22 and became one of the youngest radio General Managers in the history of the United States. He worked for notable broadcast companies during his broadcasting career including: West Palm Beach based, Airmedia, Inc.; Raleigh, N.C. based, Mann Media; and Austin based, Signature Broadcasting. During his radio tenure, he launched one of the most successful Spanish Tejano radio stations in the nation. Before joining Millar / Hollander, he was president of South Carolina based Waldrop/ Millar/Gold.

Alan Hollander
Partner / Art Director A native of New York City, Alan's experience in art direction, graphic design and writing spans almost 30 years. It encompasses locally, regionally and nationally distributed publications, including the Village Voice, Vintage Magazine, Popular Astronomy and the Massachusetts-based Advocate Newspaper Chain. He has received numerous national, state and local awards for his designs including first place in the United States, first place in Texas and best of Corpus Christi, for the Brownsville Texas based, Public Utilities Board Annual Report and thire place in the United States for airport advertising design. |

Mildred Ramirez
Producer / Hispanic Marketing / Media Specialist Born in Veracruz, Mildred developed a passion for Hispanic broadcasting which led to a career as a producer of Hispanic Public Radio shows in the United States. She is an expert in English and Spanish advertising and marketing. She gained considerable recognition with her critique of the 2004 National Hispanic Hyundai campaign. Mildred can not only speak to the acculturation process, she lives it. She understands the assimilation process from two perspectives: that of a Mexican National and that of an American. |
